Full job description

- CNC Operation & Machining: Sets up and operates CNC machines, monitors for quality and unusual conditions, and understands machining tools, speeds, feeds, and operation sequences. - Technical Proficiency: Reads and interprets drawings, follows work instructions, and inspects products using precision measuring tools throughout production. - Teamwork & Reliability: Demonstrates dependability, strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, and works effectively in a team environment; willing to cross-train and train others. - Safety & Documentation: Prioritizes workplace safety, maintains daily housekeeping, completes required paperwork, and is flexible with overtime and other assigned duties.

Education and Experience Needed:

- HS Diploma or equivalent required. - 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. - Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. - Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment. - Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
