This role is centered on supporting Amazon business operations and driving growth through merchandising, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Support Senior Manager, Amazon on all Amazon related operations, including inventory planning, listing and catalog management, brand store updates, PDP optimization, account health and other relevant business operations
  • Maintain product listings and content updates across Amazon Vendor Central
  • Conduct QA checks to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Monitor ratings and reviews and product rankings
  • Assist in the coordination of seasonal and promotional merchandising updates
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to support product storytelling
  • Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability
  • Monitor and improve online retailer-specific KPIs, including but not limited to, Sales, NetPPM, ASP, buyability, traffic, conversion rate, in-stock %, chargebacks, Share of Voice, and content compliance
  • Analyze category and competitive insights through data analytics tools and identify growth opportunities for Charlotte Tilbury on Amazon
  • Partner with internal and external cross-functional partners to gather and analyze performance insights
  • Support Senior Manager with new product launch forecasting and planning
  • Attend cross-functional meetings, capture notes, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
  • Help maintain campaign trackers, toolkits, and playbooks
  • Support the Digital team with project coordination, reporting preparation, competitive research, and administrative needs.
  • Proactively identify missing information, timeline risks, or process gaps and escalate to the Senior Manager when needed.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central preferred
  • Strong data analytical skills including Excel (Pivot tables, Index/Match, Vlookup, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Passion for beauty, ecommerce, and consumer behavior
