Maintenance Engineer/Painter- Swing-Circus Circus

Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property.

• Experience in repair and troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment, electrical switch gear, panels, high and low voltage AC circuits

• Experience in repair of kitchen appliances, small motors, and electronics

• Work area is both indoors and outdoors and subject to variable temperatures.

• May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights.

PERFORMANCE

REQUIREMENTS : Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills.

Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting building management systems, life safety systems and lighting control systems

• Knowledge and experience with low voltage control circuits, video, processor control devices, wireless control circuits, phone systems

• Candidate should also have a minimum 5 years’ experience working in High-Rise Hotel Casinos or other commercial properties

• Must have the ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that department
