We are looking for a leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys building something new.
The successful candidate is naturally curious, technically inclined, and comfortable learning new technologies, manufacturing models, and business processes. They bring structure to complex problems, create clarity across teams, and help translate early-stage opportunities into scalable capabilities.
In Footwear Supply Chain, we are building a more responsive, resilient, and future-ready manufacturing network. This role will work across Manufacturing Engineering, Product Creation, Materials Supply Chain, Product Integrity, Planning, Logistics, Legal, Finance, Innovation, and external partners to help build Nike's emerging domestic manufacturing ecosystem.
You will report to the VP of Footwear Manufacturing and partner closely with teams across Nike to operationalize new manufacturing capabilities, establish scalable partner models, and create the processes required to support future growth.
