Key Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple productions simultaneously
  • Coordinate timelines, vendors, logistics, and project meetings
  • Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and production documentation
  • Support onsite event execution and problem resolution
  • Maintain production assets, files, and systems
  • Contribute to process improvements and team best practices

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $71,100.00 in our lowest geographic market to $140,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Brand Creative Production is Nike's center of excellence for production, bringing brand stories to life through experiences, events, retail activations, athlete engagement, and cultural moments. The North America Experiences Production team is seeking a Production Specialist who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about producing exceptional experiences.

This role supports multiple experiences and events across North America, coordinating timelines, vendors, budgets, logistics, and execution. The ideal candidate has experience supporting live events or brand activations, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to athlete and consumer experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Support the planning and execution of experiences and events across North America. Partner with Producers and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, vendors, budgets, logistics, and onsite execution while owning smaller workstreams and activations.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Experiences Production and partners with Producers and Production teammates across New York, Los Angeles, and Portland.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 3+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, creative production, project coordination, or a related field
  • Experience supporting live events, brand activations, retail experiences, or consumer-facing programs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Production & Event Expertise

  • Knowledge of event production fundamentals, including logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and onsite execution
  • Experience working with agencies, venues, vendors, or creative partners
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium experiences
  • Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners

  • Experience processing contracts, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

POSITION LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This position is based at our Herald Square location in NYC. You'll work a "4/1 hybrid" schedule - Mondays - Thursdays are in the office and it's optional if you'd like to work Fridays from the Nike campus office or your home office.
