Full job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Fitness Specialist to join our team - no sales, upselling, or quotas required. Just bring your energy, expertise, and heart for making a difference!

How you will make an impact Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to evaluate residents' current health and functional abilities. Design and implement individualized exercise programs incorporating flexibility, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Instruct and educate members on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and maximize results. Support the coordination and delivery of community-wide wellness programs and initiatives.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness environment for all residents. Foster positive relationships with residents and staff, motivating and encouraging active lifestyles.

Assist in the daily operations of the Aquatic Center, including performing required water testing and safety checks. Lead engaging group exercise classes tailored to varying ability levels.

Provide specialized training for clients with diverse medical conditions and cognitive impairments. What you will need Minimum of 1-year related work experience Current CPR/First Aid certifications.

Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus. Personal Training Experience preferred Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
