Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Security Clearance

- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. - Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, parking locations, and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. - Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, and report access concerns or suspicious activity in accordance with site procedures. - Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed. - Carry and maintain authorized duty equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific post orders.

- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. - Possess a concealed carry weapons permit. - Have at least one year of law enforcement experience, two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or three years of security-related experience. - Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance. - Be at least 21 years of age. - Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
