Security Officer Part Time Lobby Security

- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies at an industrial operations location. - Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests in accordance with established access-control procedures. - Monitor incoming calls, visitor activity, alarms, and other communications from the front desk; document and report unusual activity, incidents, and policy violations. - Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. - Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, incident reports, and other required documentation while providing professional support to site personnel and guests.

- Possess a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential. - Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. - Access control and badge experience is preferred. - Customer service experience is preferred. - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
