Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cold calling from the client's provided lead list (expect around 80 dials per shift) Geographically efficient scheduling Email follow-up with prospects Handling basic FAQs using a provided script Organizing the lead list
Required Tools Excel/spreadsheet management Calendar management system Phone/calling system CRM/Sales outreach tools
Qualifications: US-based candidate required Strong outbound sales/appointment setting experience Geographical scheduling skills Basic spreadsheet and calendar management

Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
