About the Role

Think Academy is looking for an experienced Community Content & Growth Specialist to build our organic brand presence across Reddit, Quora, and other relevant online communities. • Identify and evaluate emerging other online communities relevant to Think Academy’s target audiences, analyze each community’s culture, user behavior, content norms, and participation guidelines, and develop tailored engagement strategies accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least one year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities.
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs.
  • Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong ownership of projects and results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing or growing a branded subreddit.
  • Familiarity with K–12 education or parent-focused content.
  • Experience with community analytics, organic growth, or SEO.

Compensation: $20-$28/hr, based on experience
