Full job description

: The Integration Developer Azure role is responsible for designing, building, and delivering robust middleware and integration solutions that translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, cloud-based applications. The role focuses on architecting and implementing Azure solutions using microservices and enterprise integration patterns, developing secure and reusable APIs, and ensuring high quality through comprehensive testing.

Working closely with globally distributed teams, the role enables seamless system integration and reliable data flow across platforms. It also involves investigating and resolving application defects, optimizing performance, and deploying enhancements through automated CI/CD pipelines, while adhering to enterprise development, security, and documentation standards in an Agile, Scrum-based delivery environment.

Key

Responsibilities: Design & Build: Translate business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications into working middleware IT solutions. Architect Solutions: Design, build, and deploy scalable Azure cloud solutions using microservices architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns (e.g., Pub/Sub, Event-Driven, message routing).

Develop APIs: Design and implement secure, scalable API Management layers to expose backend systems to internal applications and external partners. Ensure Quality: Perform rigorous unit and integration testing of software systems to guarantee zero-touch reliability. Collaborate: Work in close collaboration with other globally distributed development teams to integrate diverse systems and route data effectively.

Support & Optimize: Investigate defects and performance issues in internal applications, provide rapid fixes, and deploy new versions via automated pipelines. Maintain Standards: Ensure all solutions strictly comply with company development and security standards, while maintaining clear application documentation. Agile Delivery: Participate actively in Scrum teams, continuously delivering high-quality code to production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications &

Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Core Development: 5+ years of software application development and implementation experience (C#.NET or Java preferred). Cloud Expertise: 3+ years of deep Azure cloud-based development experience (Microsoft Azure Certifications are a strong plus).

Integration Stack: Proven experience building solutions utilizing Azure Integration Services, specifically Azure API Management (APIM), Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, EventHub, KeyVault, and Storage. API Design: Deep practical knowledge of RESTful API development and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI or similar tools.

Scripting: Solid scripting skills for automation and configuration (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). Experience with JSON, XML, XSLT and other integration-related technologies. Experience with any integration platform like MuleSoft, Tibco, Boomi is a plus.

Knowledge with SAP and its integration mechanisms is a plus. DevOps: Experience with Scrum methodology using Azure DevOps and GitHub to build CI/CD pipelines. Systems Engineering: Strong understanding of the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems engineering principles.

Global Collaboration: Experience working in a multinational, distributed team environment, coordinating with both in-house and external/vendor delivery resources.
