The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting marketing investment management and DME budget operations across the business. Partnering closely with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and the Controller's organization, this role helps ensure financial accuracy, compliance with company policies, and efficient budget execution. The position serves as a key business partner, helping teams manage spend effectively while maintaining strong financial controls and operational excellence.
What will you do?
• Support DME budget management activities, including accrual accuracy, purchase requisition and purchase order management, invoice oversight, and budget tracking.
• Partner with budget owners to develop and maintain accurate annual spending plans and monthly forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, accounting, and financial control policies while supporting contract and statement of work reviews.
• Facilitate recurring budget meetings with stakeholders to review performance, identify risks, and align spending plans.
• Manage invoice workflows and support timely resolution of invoice approvals and system inquiries.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management.
• Identify and escalate budget, compliance, and process risks while partnering with stakeholders on solutions.
• Maintain process documentation, training materials, stakeholder resources, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Commercial Finance, Procurement, and Controllership teams to support business objectives.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing operations, finance, accounting, procurement, budget management, project coordination, or a related business function.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience working with budgets, expenses, or financial processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar business systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
