Assoc Mgr Demand & Commercial Planning

The Associate Manager, Business Performance, Salty & Protein helps drive smarter business decisions by translating retail, category, customer, and consumer data into actionable insights and recommendations. This role supports the Salty & Protein business by monitoring performance against plan, identifying drivers of growth and risk, and providing visibility to opportunities that strengthen execution across the portfolio.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will connect marketplace trends, customer performance, and business objectives into clear performance narratives that inform planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a curious, analytical professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful business impact.

What will you do?

• Analyze Salty & Protein business performance and identify key drivers of growth, share, risk, and opportunity.
• Leverage syndicated POS and panel data, along with internal expertise, to understand business performance and marketplace dynamics.
• Assess the impact of innovation, investment, pricing, competitive activity, timing shifts, and consumer trends on business results.
• Develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations that help teams focus on key business priorities.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources into concise performance narratives, scorecards, and business updates.
• Partner with Brand, Finance, Commercial Planning, Investor Relations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure insights are incorporated into decision-making.
• Support planning, forecasting, and business review processes by identifying assumptions, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor performance, innovations, and emerging category, customer, and consumer trends that may impact business results.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
