- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Sigma Computing and Snowflake .
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Design and support data models while collaborating with architects and data engineers to ensure reliable data integration and reporting performance.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across reporting assets and analytical solutions.
- Analyze data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business decision-making.
- Create technical documentation and provide consultative support for reporting, analytics, and broader business intelligence initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets and data structures.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Sigma Computing ; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, cloud data platforms (Azure preferred), and data analytics tools or scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; healthcare data experience and Agile environment experience preferred .
