Full job description

- Support resident retention strategies and renewal workflows

- Address resident concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner

- Oversee tenant-based voucher administration and related compliance requirements

- Monitor maintenance follow-up, service quality, and resident satisfaction

- Partner with site teams to ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance

- Oversee delinquency, collections, and rent recovery efforts

- Ensure compliance with jurisdictional timelines for move-outs and charges

- Track and report capital expenditures in alignment with approved budgets

- Oversee invoice processing, including PO-to-invoice matching and vendor payment workflows

- Manage vendor invoice receipt and coordination with Accounts Payable

- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Asset Living policies

- Support legal processes related to lease enforcement, evictions, and resident disputes

- Coordinate with attorneys and internal stakeholders while ensuring jurisdictional compliance

- Partner with Regional Portfolio Managers, Community Managers, and Leasing teams to drive portfolio KPIs

- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

- Support consistent execution of Asset Living operational standards across assigned properties

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in multifamily property management, operations, or asset management

- Proficiency with property management systems such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar platforms

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools

- Demonstrated understanding of leasing operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

This compensation range is specific to the State of Washington and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc.

We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual's relevant experience for the role. A reasonable estimate of the range is below.
