- College / University degree / Technical degree is an advantage - 2-5 years of experience in production or maintenance - Experience in Integrate Work Systems (IWS), DMS and related tools is an advantage - Experience in leading, influencing and motivating others - MUST BE: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Fluent in English
