- Analyze lead, customer, order, transaction, revenue and marketing data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities. - Connect marketing programs to lead quality, conversion, completed orders, revenue, customer acquisition cost, cost per order and return on investment. - Lead the continued development of attribution, cohort reporting and performance measurement across media platforms, website activity, Salesforce and transaction data. - Establish consistent definitions, business logic and methodologies for funnel, channel and revenue reporting. - Develop lead, order and revenue forecasts using historical performance, customer behavior, market indicators and appropriate predictive techniques. - Translate complex analysis into concise executive summaries, business cases and actionable recommendations.
- Lead the performance media function, integrating analytics, strategy, campaign execution, testing and optimization around shared business goals. - Partner closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager to translate campaign, audience, lead, order and revenue data into actionable insights and performance improvements. - Own the overall performance of paid search and other performance media, while the Campaign Manager leads day-to-day campaign execution and optimization. - Set channel strategy, goals, budgets, priorities and testing plans across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Performance Max, display, DV360, retargeting and emerging acquisition channels. - Evaluate media performance based on downstream business outcomes and recommend budget shifts, audience strategies, landing-page improvements and corrective actions. - Establish a strong operating rhythm for the function, including shared goals, regular performance reviews, business context, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Identify and prioritize practical uses of AI and automation across analysis, reporting, attribution, forecasting, audience segmentation, campaign execution and customer engagement. - Automate repeatable reporting and marketing-operations processes to improve speed, consistency, scalability and resilience. - Improve dashboards, scorecards, automated alerts and data documentation while reducing manual work and key-person dependency. - Evaluate emerging marketing and analytics technologies based on business value, data readiness, implementation requirements and measurable return. - Partner with Marketing Operations, Salesforce, Product, Technology and enterprise data teams to improve data quality, system integration and workflow automation. - Establish appropriate standards for data privacy, validation, governance and human review of AI-generated analysis and consequential decisions.
- Partner with Marketing leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for profitable growth across audiences, channels, products, partnerships and customer experiences. - Recommend where to increase investment, improve execution, test new approaches or discontinue underperforming activity. - Serve as the analytical partner to leaders across website, SEO, content, webinars, email, social media, Salesforce and marketing automation. - Align Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product and Finance around shared funnel definitions, reporting standards and business outcomes. - Influence decisions through collaboration, credibility and sound judgment, and translate technical or analytical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Improve the reliability and usability of lead-to-order, attribution, revenue and forecasting reporting. - Establish clear channel-level customer acquisition cost, cost-per-order and downstream revenue measurement. - Improve paid-search and performance-media results through integrated analytics, strategy, execution and disciplined testing. - Build a high-performing performance media function that combines strong campaign execution with deeper customer, business and revenue insight. - Develop and begin executing a practical roadmap for AI and automation across marketing analytics, execution, measurement and operations. - Reduce manual reporting and dependence on individual institutional knowledge through scalable processes, documentation and automation. - Deliver analyses and recommendations that lead to measurable changes in strategy, investment, execution or business performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. - Degree emphasis in business, marketing, analytics, economics, finance, statistics, information systems or a related field is preferred. - Five to seven years of relevant experience, including a minimum of five years in digital marketing.
- Experience leading significant analytical initiatives, cross-functional projects and team members is preferred. - Demonstrated readiness to operate at a Senior Manager level through strategic influence, executive communication and ownership of high-impact business decisions. - Strong experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, growth strategy, revenue operations, business intelligence or a related discipline. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and reconcile data from multiple systems and imperfect datasets and connect marketing activity to financial outcomes. - Experience with marketing attribution, cohort analysis, forecasting, customer acquisition cost and digital campaign measurement. - Strong working knowledge of paid search and performance media, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Performance Max. - Experience managing employees and leading collaborative teams that integrate analytics, strategy and campaign execution. - Experience with business intelligence and data-visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or comparable platforms; strong Excel skills are required. - Experience with CRM or Salesforce data; SQL, Google Analytics and marketing automation experience are preferred. - Experience applying AI-enabled analytics, automation or marketing technology tools to improve business or marketing performance. - Strong understanding of data quality, privacy, governance, validation and appropriate human oversight when using AI and automation. - Exceptional executive communication, presentation, cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills. - Experience in financial services, real estate, title insurance, 1031 exchanges or another transaction-oriented business is helpful but not required.
