Join us, and let's improve lives together. **This position can be performed remotely for candidates who reside in Iowa or Illinios** Serves as regional office main point of contact for agency contract and code changes.

Notifies Corporate Licensing of contract level changes such as new contracts, mergers, terminations, and producer appointments. Provides administrative support to Marketing Director and team, including creating PowerPoints for presentations and communicating agency changes to marketing representatives. Coordinates agency meetings, events, and producer orientations.

Essential Functions: Serves as regional office main point of contact for agency contract and code changes. Notifies Corporate Licensing of contract level changes such as new contracts, mergers, terminations, and producer appointments by creating Jira tickets. Communicates with agents, insureds, and underwriters regarding licensing questions, contact information, or web access issues.

Documents agency review discussions, profitability initiatives and agency profile information in Sales Management System (SMS). Provides agent email, mailing addresses, underwriter and territory assignment changes to all regional departments and updates the agency system. Provides administrative support to Sales Director and team, including creating PowerPoints for presentations and communicating agency changes to marketing representatives.

Runs reports for the marketing team, such as book of business, safety group, and target market data. Performs analysis of data supporting the region's agency management plan, agency performance data, premium breakdowns, loss ratio breakdowns, and agency loss ratio trending. Prepares and sends reports and executive summaries to management and marketing team.

Prepares and distributes new marketing materials to agents. Emails regional team members new agency appointments and terminated agents. Informs Corporate Communications of agency bulletins to post on regional website Coordinates agency meetings, events, and producer orientations.

Schedules and coordinates agency training logistics. Assembles marketing materials for use at agency meetings. Drafts and proposes new marketing brochures to promote new products and services, COOP advertising, promotional plans.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalency Three years of administrative experience or related experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel Basic knowledge of the property and casualty industry preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong proofreading, spelling and grammar skills Ability to work on multiple tasks at once while meeting deadlines Strong human relations, customer service and organizational skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either of the following: $46,990 - $64,911 or $51,927 - $71,385 A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range.
