- Post-Production Excellence: Own the editing lifecycle-organizing footage, cutting for impact, and managing final exports across various platforms.

- Multi-Format Content: Produce short-form vertical videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts/X) alongside longer-form content for YouTube.

- Behind-the-Scenes Storytelling: Edit raw footage captured by our team into compelling narratives that showcase the exciting moments of building a robotics company-demos, breakthroughs, and team culture.

- Rapid Iteration: Track performance of video assets and iterate quickly based on what resonates with the community.

- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor or Post-Production Specialist, ideally within a high-growth startup, creative agency, or tech-forward environment.

- Portfolio: A world-class portfolio or reel showcasing your ability to edit compelling narratives and demonstrate mastery over pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.

- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools. You should be comfortable with color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.

- Speed & Ownership: You are organized, fast, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.

- Motion Design: Proficiency in After Effects or Blender to add that extra layer of polish to technical demos.

- Hard-Tech Interest: A genuine curiosity about robotics, AI, or hardware.

- Platform Native: You understand the specific visual languages of X, TikTok, and YouTube and can optimize for engagement.
