Experience: 1+ year
- Set up, operate, monitor, and assist with production machinery in accordance with established procedures, safety requirements, and production schedules.
- Adjust machine settings and controls as needed to ensure quality standards and production goals are met.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), hand trucks, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Load, unload, transport, stack, and stage materials in designated warehouse and production areas.
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, counting, labeling, and inventory control activities to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance, operational, or safety concerns to supervision.
- Follow all company safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, production lines, warehouses, equipment, and common areas through regular housekeeping activities.
- Remove waste, debris, and recyclable materials while ensuring workspaces remain clean, safe, and production-ready.
- Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams to support operational efficiency.
- Perform general labor duties and other tasks as assigned by management to meet business needs.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience.
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial machinery and material handling equipment.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move materials of up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and workplace organization.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
- Prior forklift certification or forklift operating experience.
- Experience using electric or manual pallet jacks.
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of inventory control and material handling practices.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to work around moving machinery and industrial equipment.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions typical of a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
