Installer

- Install replacement windows, doors, trim, and related products from start to finish

- Remove existing windows and doors and prepare openings for installation

- Perform finish carpentry work with attention to detail and craftsmanship

- Use hand and power tools safely and according to manufacturer specifications

- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites as part of a team

- Follow installation schedules, job specifications, and safety standards

- Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners throughout the project

- Valid Class C driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

- 2+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or related construction experience.

- Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and craftsmanship.

- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
