Commercial Banking Team Lead

U.S. Bank is hiring a strong team leader for our Institutional Client Group (mid-cap). This person provides direction, strategic decisions, business decisions, and overall leadership by managing middle market/commercial banking loan activity for a major geographical area at U.S.

Bancorp. Primary focus involves expanding and servicing a variety of large and highly complex loans to customers in a region. Takes a leadership role in all aspects of relationship management, including dedication to customers, quality, accountability, deposit growth, and fee income growth.

Basic

Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field - 15 or more years of banking experience - Eight or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills - Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills - Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
