Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly actuals and forecasts, as well as annual budgets for assigned areas - Provide financial leadership and insights to support high-impact Business Unit initiatives - Partner with project teams to track financial performance, forecast spending, and optimize resource utilization - Develop and maintain financial models for new product development to support prioritization and strategic roadmap planning - Identify and drive process improvements across reporting and analytics, including the design and deployment of AI-driven analytics to transform forecasting, insights, and decision-making

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with 9+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience - Progressive financial planning and analysis experience - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong overall PC skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Oracle EBS and SAP - Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) / EPM - Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards - Experience with Copilot and other AI tools, including prompt design and automation use cases

The annual salary range for this role is USD $120K-$150K . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
