We are looking to add a West Coast based Field Marketing Manager to our team!
- Conduct market research - Identify opportunities for growth - Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the regional market
- Partner with the Creative team to design effective marketing materials - Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in overall brand strategy - Design and implement marketing campaign
- Plan and coordinate local events, community engagement and promotional activities - Manage logistics, budgets and execution - Coordinate the promotion of local events and engagement via social media
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers and community organizations - Leverage partnerships to enhance brand presence and drive new customer generation - Regularly distribute marketing materials to local business partners
- Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget efficiently - Track expenditures and ensure all activities are cost effective - Work with Center Managers to determine optimal field marketing initiatives
- Monitor KPI's to measure the success of field marketing activities - Provide regular reports and feedback to management on campaign effectiveness and regional market conditions
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience - Experience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or similar role - Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns - Budgeting and planning experience with GTM annual marketing plans - Experience working in a role with matrix structured leadership
- Strong project management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management) - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Adaptability to changing market conditions and priorities
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% to centers within designated region - Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and campaigns - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 40lbs - Must be passionate about pets!
