Education: Bachelor's degree or related field
Experience: 4+ years
- Ensure funding sufficiency (DDA, fiduciary, sponsor bank accounts)
- Validate completeness/accuracy of settlement flows end-to-end
- Perform trend analysis (balances, funding usage, break types)
- Identify risk patterns (timing delays, funding gaps, concentration risk)

- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, banking, finance, or a related discipline supporting daily financial processes.
- Experience supporting project implementation, process improvements, or operational change initiatives within a financial, banking, payments and/or similar environment.
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- 4+ years of an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field
- Knowledge of different card brands - VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover.
- Experience in interpreting financial anomalies, reconciling financial records, identifying discrepancies, ensuring accurate treasury functions, and/or similar discipline
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, SQL, or Power Automate

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
