The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The Director of Supplier Quality Assurance is a key member of the Supplier Performance leadership team, responsible for a defined portion of Raytheon’s total supplier base. You will drive the proactive and reactive quality assurance activities, ensuring continuous capability and performance improvements. You will implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) across suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring installed adequate Capacity at the supplier and their sub-Tiers. You should protect Raytheon’s production and reduce risk across all programs and businesses.
Success will be measured in timely delivery of quality assured products (FAI and first-time yield of FAI), as well as ongoing supplier quality performance, and improvements, measured in escapes and PPM. You will be accountable for developing and executing the Supplier Assurance strategy, enhancing supplier capability across a wide selection of production technologies. The director also builds, mentors, and grows a highly capable team to support long‑term business objectives.
