AVP, Growth Manager

- 5+ years of financial services experience and experience working in wealth management

- 5+ years of utilizing Excel in a proficient capacity

- 5+ years of project management experience

- Ability to travel up to 30%, with occasional visits to a designated office location as business needs require.

- Self-starter; willingness to take the initiative with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

- Strong execution and project management skills

- Strong Advisor-focused and customer service mindset

- Ability to manage multiple projects

- Entrepreneurial attitude with the tenacity to influence

- Curiosity to innovative and desire for continuous improvement

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field

- Series 7, 66, 9 & 10

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- A strategic thinker who can assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, focus on relevant facts and maintain a strong execution focus

- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels
