- Provide customer service to all patrons in accordance with the O&H Danish Bakery standard.
- Support bakery operations through taking orders, producing deli items and processing transactions based on business needs when certified by management.
- Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), the company's HACCP Plan, and other food safety procedures.
- Experience in Food Service and/or Retail environment strongly preferred
- Ability to multitask and take a proactive approach to problem solving
FDA-classified "major allergens" are processed in our facilities, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, sesame seeds. Incumbent must be able to work in a retail store location with minimal hazards. Incumbent of this position may come into contact with cleaning product and other related chemicals or machinery as part of their normal job duties.
It is their responsibility to seek training before working with such machinery or chemicals.
