Senior Revenue Operations Manager - Eversight

we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function within a SaaS company; experience in CPG, Retail, or trade promotion/pricing analytics highly preferred

- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insight

- Fluent in using AI tools, agents, and workflow automations to eliminate manual reporting and data cleanup, as a core part of how you operate rather than an occasional add-on

- Experience with SQL and Tableau

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership

- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, prioritize solutions, and execute improvements independently

- Adept at working cross-functionally with a focus on aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared goals

- A self-starter able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

- MBA

- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Planhat (or comparable CS platform)

- Understanding of the CPG trade promotion, pricing, and revenue growth management landscape

- Understanding of the Retail Merchandising landscape

$170,000 - $179,500 USD
