Full job description

job description. This job description outlines primary duties, qualifications, and job scope, but does not limit the employee or the organization to just the work identified. It is our expectation that each team member will offer their services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors and to pursue individual career growth.

We are seeking a Program Manager to support our Creative and Marketing organization. This role is perfect for someone who is a true jack/jill of all trades - someone who can PM their own work, understands production, thrives in fast-paced creative environments, and is energized by wearing multiple hats. This PM will help operationalize and produce social content, partnership deliverables, and growth-driving initiatives from brief through execution.

What You'll Do: Program & Project Management - Review incoming briefs to ensure clarity on goals, requirements, timelines, and success criteria before kickoff. - Partner with cross-functional teams - including Comms, Product, GBX, and external partners - to plan and execute projects from start to finish. - Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, and documentation for all projects within your pillars. - Manage the day-to-day workflow for priority tentpoles across social, partnerships, B2C PMC and growth initiatives, tracking deliverables, approvals, and risks.

Planning & Operational Rhythm - Maintain quarterly roadmaps for your initiatives. - Support forecasting and scoping for all planned work, partnering with Resource Management to secure staffing needs. - Contribute to annual and bi-annual strategic planning by estimating effort, identifying operational considerations, and highlighting potential risks or opportunities.

Process & Workflow Improvement - Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or bottlenecks across pillars and workstreams and recommend actionable workflow improvements. - Maintain and evolve documentation, templates, and tools to ensure repeatability and operational consistency. - Collaborate with the Group Program Manager and other PMs to improve cross-functional processes and enhance overall team impact.

People & Stakeholder Management - Act as a point of escalation for project-related questions or issues within your pillar(s). - Foster strong relationships across teams by communicating clearly, collaborating proactively, and encouraging shared ownership of outcomes. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: - Strong communicator who can confidently guide conversations, ensure alignment, and drive decision-making. - Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams such as Creative, Social, Comms, Product, and external partners. - Excellent project management skills: attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and risk mitigation. - Experience balancing project management responsibilities with production oversight and hands-on execution. - Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - Passionate about Snap Inc.'s products, creativity, culture, and community.

Minimum

Qualifications: - 8+ years of project management, program management, production management, or related marketing/creative experience. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

Qualifications: - Experience managing social-first, partnership-driven, or growth marketing programs. - Background in content production across digital, social, video, or integrated marketing campaigns. - Experience managing multiple creative projects in parallel. - Experience collaborating with leadership and presenting program updates or recommendations.
