- Support direct marketing strategy through data-driven campaign recommendations, project management and improving reporting processes.

- Execute marketing campaigns, including setup, targeting, approvals, auditing and invoicing.

- Analyze campaign performance, data and processes to identify trends, develop performance reporting and recommend improvements.

- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present to executive leadership to guide decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree.

- Marketing experience or related coursework preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Experience in SAS, SQL or other programming and statistical tools a plus.
