In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utilising advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems.

Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same. Effectively mentor others. Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.

Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

As part of the Data and Analytics team you will lead the delivery of innovative Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that enhance client engagement. As a Manager you will supervise and develop teams, securing quality deliverables while cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges. This role offers the chance to leverage your knowledge in CMS and DAM programs, while mentoring junior staff and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the success of our firm.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - At least 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart - Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Manager Sites/Assets Developer Professional, Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner Professional, Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe), or Project Management certification (PMP) - Leading AEM workstream delivery and quality control - Designing practical standards for components and workflows - Managing dependencies, challenges, and timely resolutions - Coaching and developing junior practitioners - Contributing to practice assets and reusable delivery patterns - Supporting testing and release readiness activities - Working with client product owners, architects, and designers to translate objectives into solution designs and delivery increments
