Principal Associate, Project Management-Enterprise Data

Enterprise Data is responsible for helping drive and evolve Capital One's data journey. Our products support our data producers and consumers as they drive business processes and innovation across all corners of the company. Our Data Operations team in Enterprise Data is reimagining how we enable acceleration of our data journey.

- Work on small to medium-scale department projects that have a direct impact on the company

- Work with partners to assist in project planning and design

- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation

- Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status

- Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

- Understand key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and create clear written presentations/communications

- Create and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

- Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work

- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

- Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
