Experience: 5+ years
- Analyze collected data and transform it into meaningful reports and visualizations that are easy for stakeholders to interpret. - Design, develop, and maintain databases and data management systems. - Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Apps solutions to support business operations. - Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and automate business processes. - Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. - Integrate Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise data sources. - Develop, maintain, and administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and related components. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technology solutions that improve business processes. - Assist in drafting, revising, and recommending policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with established standards. - Support continuous process improvement initiatives through automation and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on development experience using the Microsoft Power Platform. - Experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Apps solutions. - Experience developing Microsoft Power Automate workflows. - Hands-on experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise data sources. - Proven experience with data analytics, data mining, evaluation, reporting, and visualization. - Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience supporting a federal government environment. - Previous experience designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint environments. - Experience supporting enterprise business process automation initiatives.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. - Must be able to successfully complete and maintain a Government Background Investigation (BI).
Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
