Business Development Manager, AI Discoverability and Scheduling Partnerships

- 8+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or product management

- Experience developing and leading partnership strategies that influence product direction, market positioning, or long-term business growth across multiple functions

- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS partnerships and product integrations, ideally across scheduling, booking, ecommerce, productivity, or platform ecosystems

- Deep familiarity with AI ecosystems, including generative AI, AI-powered search, agentic workflows, and emerging platform technologies, with ability to translate market trends into strategic partnership opportunities

- Proven ability to lead highly complex, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact and executive-level visibility

- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders and build alignment across competing priorities

- Strong product and technical intuition, with ability to assess integration feasibility and effectively partner with engineering and product teams

- Excellent judgment and communication skills, with experience operating in fast-moving, high-stakes, cross-functional environments
