Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

We have an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland .

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM and two holidays per year

•

Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour (commensurate with experience)

• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions

• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families

• Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required

• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
