Maintenance Technician / Electrician - 1st Shift - Great Benefits!

This role is based at our Navarre, OH plant with regular travel to our nearby Massillon, OH facility. You’ll work a steady Monday–Friday, 8‑hour schedule, with occasional overtime that supports production during peak periods.

As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production running smoothly. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance—all while helping us deliver products our customers rely on. • Participates and completes various maintenance initiatives to support production.

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and performs maintenance on all types of mechanical, infrastructure, electrical/components and HVAC equipment.

• Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit and electrical devices in buildings.

• Troubleshoots PLC programing as well as various communication formats.

• Knowledgeable of the National Electric Code and OSHA regulations.

• Extensive electrical knowledge required, up to and including 600V..

• Must be able to work required overtime schedule for project completions
