Full job description A minimum associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, or project controls, which may be considered in lieu of a degree Expert knowledge of contract methodologies and procurement processes Experience with basic business accounting and project management functions Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to adapt to client-specific software for scheduling and documentation Strong organizational and analytical skills, with detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively under strict deadlines Manage the procurement process and support clients in procuring goods and services Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, PX, and Project Directors to understand project requirements, objectives, and milestones Monitor contract performance, expirations, and related timelines Coordinate procurement schedules with project timelines and resource requirements
