Completes maintenance and repair as directed for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, kitchen equipment, cosmetic painting, pool maintenance, and electrical.
Inspects assigned areas, notifying management of weak or defective parts. Makes recommendations for corrections to management. Performs general maintenance as directed by management.
Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel on shift.
Performs a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA and company policies and procedures.
Provide Thoughtful Service at all times to guests, co-workers, and vendors.
