Manage small multi-lane bids efficiently to secure new business opportunities
Update Freight of All Kinds (FAK) rate shells regularly to ensure accurate pricing information
Utilize carrier websites to update and maintain active client rates, ensuring competitiveness in the market
Facilitate the distribution, collection, and management of new account documentation and setups, including Power of Attorney (POA's), credit applications, etc.
Provide support to designated client contacts, assisting with documentation setups to onboard new clients effectively
Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with commercial/product teams to make pricing margin decisions in line with company guidelines
Provide proactive support to strategic new clients, offering corrective actions and exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships
Strong understanding freight logistics and pricing structures
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams, clients, etc.
