Business System Analyst - Salesforce Commerce Cloud & CRM - Medical devices

Hiring Immediately - Only USC and GCH Candidates can apply Title: Business Systems Analyst - CRM with Sales force Commerce Cloud Location - Remote Work - EST/CST Type : Full-Time Salary : $Market (Best Possible) Related Experience: MANDATORY At least 3 years' experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field, with specific experience in establishing and driving continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment.

Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations : - Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred) - Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) - MANDATORY - Experience with IT ticketing system for stakeholder management of system issues and requests - Experience designing and supporting digital portals (customer, partner, or employee-facing) - Familiarity with analytics - Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical and vice versa) - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence experience a plus) - Experience with integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems - At least 3 years' experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
