Full job description

As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You'll contribute to the full design process-from research and ideation to execution-ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to our customers and align with our business goals.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly. - Develop user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support product development. - Contribute to and maintain consistency within the existing design system and style guides. - Conduct usability testing sessions and apply user feedback to refine designs. - Ensure design accuracy and feasibility through close collaboration with development teams. - Use design principles, research insights, and data to support and explain design decisions. - Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders. - Support special projects and initiatives as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role. - Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design. - Has experience using AI tools for design - Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies. - Experience with usability testing and user research. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. - Exposure to B2B SaaS products.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times. - Must be willing to work during US Central Hours
