- Conduct workflow discovery sessions with customers to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.

- Serve as the clinical expert during product demonstrations, customer meetings, implementations, and industry events.

- Gather customer feedback and translate clinical workflows into detailed product requirements, workflow documentation, and user stories.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and software engineers to ensure customer needs are reflected in future product enhancements.

- Document physician workflows, decision points, and clinical processes to support product development and regulatory requirements.

- Assist Sales by answering complex clinical questions and providing subject matter expertise throughout the sales cycle.

- 3+ years of clinical experience within U.S. Radiation Oncology.

- Experience as a Medical Dosimetrist, Radiation Therapist, Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Applications Specialist, Clinical Specialist, or similar radiation oncology role.

- Strong understanding of physician consult workflows, treatment planning, oncology documentation, and radiation oncology operations.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility with physicians and clinical leadership.

- Ability to translate clinical conversations into structured workflow documentation and product requirements.

- Experience supporting healthcare technology, clinical software, EMRs, or oncology information systems is preferred.

- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel approximately 30-50% to customer sites, conferences, and team meetings, including occasional international travel.

Benefits

- Competitive base salary and performance incentives.

- Comprehensive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision).

- 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match.

- Generous Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave & Holidays).

- Flexible remote work environment.
