- Industrial market fluency: Experience marketing to manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing industries is a strong plus. You should be comfortable speaking the language of industrial customers.

- A strong bias for action , backed by incisive strategic instincts. You balance big-picture strategy with execution, and you thrive when bringing clarity and direction to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Highly collaborative and pragmatic , with a demonstrated ability to partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and creative teams to influence outcomes without formal authority.

The Agility Fit

- Ownership: You proactively identify opportunities, take initiative on solutions, and follow through on commitments.
