- Professional Background: Proven experience as a Founder, First Engineer, or Lead at a reputable DeFi project. - Domain Expertise: A documented history of owning and building the frontend for real-time, highly interactive trading platforms. - Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Jotai. - Strategic Leadership: Experience collaborating directly with founders to make high-level decisions regarding tech stacks, product design, and feature architecture. - Technical Mastery: - Expertise in creating fast, optimized web interfaces. - Advanced proficiency in real-time data handling and WebSocket management. - Autonomy: A self-motivated mindset with the ability to drive tasks forward independently in a fast-paced environment. - Communication: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate within a cross-functional engineering team. - Industry Alignment: A genuine interest in DeFi and cryptocurrency trends, coupled with a high degree of personal pride in building robust financial products.
