Full job description

Key

Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and line-manage a dedicated team of Claims Handlers. - Drive operational excellence across quality metrics, team productivity, and customer satisfaction SLAs. - Manage daily workflow allocation, file assignment, and overall team capacity. - Conduct regular claims quality reviews and provide technical coaching to optimize team output. - Maintain complete portfolio oversight while identifying and escalating high-exposure risks early. - Serve as a subject matter expert in external client meetings and technical reviews. - Manage a small, select portfolio of claims directly to maintain technical sharpness.

Requirements - Location: Based in Dallas, TX (hybrid schedule) with active U.S. work authorization. - Experience: 5+ years of hands-on claims handling in Property, Auto, or General Liability (GL). - Licensing: Active Texas (TX) Adjuster License is required; additional licenses in NY, CA, FL, or GA are highly preferred. - Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, self-directed prioritization, and comfort utilizing operational data to drive decision-making. - Leadership: Demonstrated background in leading, mentoring, training, or coaching junior team members. - Attributes: Ambitious, high-integrity professional adaptable to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
