Informatics Change Management Lead

- Serves as the lead for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies for clinical informatics initiatives. - Ensures smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities. - Develops communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs aligned with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards.

- Demonstrated expertise in Agile environments (e.g., supporting PI planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder readiness) - Prosci or similar OCM frameworks (ADKAR model) - Communication and training development for clinical and technical audiences - Familiarity with VA VistA/CPRS, Cerner Millennium/Oracle Health, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)

- Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field - 8 years of experience in change management or organizational development roles within healthcare or federal health IT programs. - 5+ years implementing change strategies for clinical informatics systems, EHR transitions, or interoperability projects
