Marketing Assistant (Content and Community)

- 2+ years of experience in a marketing assistant, content, or email marketing role - with examples of newsletters or campaigns you have produced. - Experience with newsletters, email marketing, and content writing is essential for this role. - Strong copywriter: you can write clearly, persuasively, and in someone else's voice.

Excellent written English is non-negotiable. - Hands-on experience designing and sending emails in a platform like ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp - layout, formatting, and send logic, not just copy-paste. - Comfortable working across Google Suite, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Studio, and email marketing platforms. - Strong attention to detail - you notice when something is off and fix it before being asked. - Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced, async environment. - High integrity and discretion - you will have access to sensitive investor communications and community data. - Open communicator who surfaces issues early and keeps stakeholders informed.

- Experience supporting a podcast or YouTube channel in a production or coordination capacity. - Familiarity with email platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar. - Exposure to high-ticket or financial services audiences. - Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or HubSpot. - Interest in investing, or emerging technology.
