We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong Texas law expertise to join our on-site team. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation setting and enjoys working closely with attorneys and team members in-office.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior paralegals - Ensure high-quality, consistent work across the team
- Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch - Develop case-specific legal strategies based on facts and law
- Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts - Draft motions, including motions to compel
- Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy - Align discovery and pleadings with key legal elements
- Review and analyze discovery, medical records, and case evidence - Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and strategically aligned
- Prepare detailed trial binders and support attorneys during trial - Coordinate and organize all necessary trial materials
- 5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal - Strong background in Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury law
- Proven ability to independently handle discovery and legal drafting - Experience developing case strategies from the ground up
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Comfortable working in an in-office, team-oriented environment
