Experience: 5+ years
- Own all accounting: PnL, BS, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, revenue ops, month-end
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis
- Manage cap table, equity compensation, and investor reporting
- Build financial models and forecasts as we expand into new healthcare verticals
- 5-8 years finance experience with at least 2-3 years in US SaaS companies
- Built a finance function at a startup (you've done the 0→1 journey)- Hands-on accounting skills but strategic mindset - can close books and build
- Strong financial modelling for SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
- Experience with Carta, QuickBooks/NetSuite, Rippling/Gusto
